I can't believe Easter is on Sunday. I will be making these fun "confetti" filled cupcakes for the big day! I love Aldi cake mixes and frosting. I'm hoping this one is just as great as the others! The frosting was 99 cents, the cake mix was $1.29. Sorry Betty Crocker, but you're much more expensive and I happen to like the "Baker's Corner" brand just a little bit more than you...
